Refund Policy

 

Any purchase made with prior reservation is non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever.

However, in the event of the expert consultant's absence or unavailability making the service impossible, the client may choose between:

 

• A full refund of the amount paid, or

• The session will be postponed to a later date, depending on the consultant's availability.

 

No other reason will give rise to a refund, in whole or in part.
